- TonerMonkey.com does not currently offer copier, fax or printer manuals. Manuals are available by SPECIAL order only and are non-cancelable. The orders usually take 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. Manuals are only available during the production of the equipment and for a period of about two years after production has stopped. Manuals are not available for equipment that has been out of production for more than 2 years.When will my order arrive
